Contact form. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, and whichever of phone, email, location and message you provide, plus which service you're asking about.

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google to create your account.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account sign-in
• Google — provides sign-in; we never see your Google password
• Vercel — hosts the website
• Razorpay — processes payments where online payment is offered; they receive your payment details directly, we do not store card/UPI/bank details

We share caregiver-relevant details with our internal care coordinators and assigned caregivers only as needed to deliver your care. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing.

Your data is stored with access controls (Row Level Security) so that only you and authorised staff can see it, and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in securely. We do not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing happynesthomenursing@gmail.com. Signed-in users can also update their profile directly from their account.

We keep enquiry and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal/accounting requirements, and delete it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.

This website is intended for adults arranging care on behalf of themselves or a family member. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
