We connect families with qualified nurses and trained caregivers for elderly care, post-operative recovery, mother & baby care, palliative care, physiotherapy and related home care services, as described on our Services page.

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Submitting the contact form or calling us creates an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A care manager will assess your requirements and confirm availability, pricing and scheduling before any service begins or any payment is due.

Where payments are collected online, they are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay) in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you sign in to our website (via Google), you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information associated with it.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or data, or submitting false information through our forms.

While we take care in selecting and supervising caregivers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Kerala.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when this page last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
